What will you do?
- Apply Thermo Fisher Scientific's or customer's inventory/order management systems for replenishments, disbursements, receiving, and stock rotation.
- Deliver chemical packages within a laboratory environment.
- Sustain and maintain chemical/consumable stockroom inventory.
- Pickup hazardous waste and deliver packages within the lab.
- Address customer concerns and proactively communicate with supervisors.
- Engage in process improvement activities.
- Follow work processes as outlined by our written procedures.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a laboratory setting or services.
- Proven customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of using handheld scanners.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 30-40 pounds consistently.
