Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators to ensure flawless production processes.
• Strictly adhere to and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
• Successfully implement and coordinate daily production schedules.
• Determine and resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Required: Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field
• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to encouraging an inclusive and collaborative workplace.
