Job responsibilities
- Lead and manage all monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A deliverables on behalf of the Customer & Commercial Excellence team.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Corporate Accounts Revenue, Functional expenses & Enterprise-wide customer incentives.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly business review packages in collaboration with the Customer and Commercial Excellence Leadership team.
- Maintain the monthly calendar of activities and process deliverables and drive proactive communication with key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting & analysis processes through partnership with Corporate IT to drive system enhancements and process efficiencies within the Corporate Data Mart.
- Prepare and Analyze all Corporate FP&A requests.
- Collaborate across regions and functional teams to provide analytics support for commercial teams to identify opportunities, trends, and insights.
- Proven experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within a large organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or MBA or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to lead and mentor a finance team, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
