Our Millersburg, PA site is a 24 / 7 Manufacturing facility that offers flexible containment solutions for bioprocessing including 2D and 3D bioprocess containers (BPCs) and fluid transfer assemblies (FTAs). Pay Rate : 16.50 Operator I
18.20 Operator II
Shift Schedules :
2nd Shift : Mon-Fri 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM
3rd Shift : Sun-Fri 10 : 00PM - 6 : 30AM
Weekend AM : Fri - Sun 6 : 00AM - 6 : 30PM
Weekend PM : Fri - Sun 6 : 00PM - 6 : 30AM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes and high-quality output.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Determine and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production capabilities.
- Accurately detail production data and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards.
