A day in the Life:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies to ensure outstanding quality in all engineering projects.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of systems and processes to determine compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of quality improvements and innovations.
- Analyze data and generate detailed reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Offer expert advice and mentorship on quality assurance standard methodologies, encouraging a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting an inclusive and encouraging working environment.
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field
- At least five (5) years of experience in quality assurance or engineering within a regulated industry is required.
- Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis and technical writing, focusing on attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to successfully navigate complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency with quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
