Materials & Structural Analysis Division (MSD) supplies innovative solutions for microscopy and microanalysis. Using scanning and transmission electron microscopes and DualBeam™ FIB-SEMs, combined with advanced software suites, our customers can combine high-resolution imaging with physical, elemental, chemical, and electrical analysis to go from questions to usable data. Our solutions enable customers to push the boundaries of productivity and innovation.

We are looking for a Creative Studio Leader to join our Marketing team. This opportunity enables you to lead a hard-working group of creatives (copywriting, design, video) while contributing to an extraordinary organization dedicated to making a global impact. You will champion creative storytelling that aligns with messaging, brand guidelines, lead generation, sales enablement to drive customer engagement, conversions, and business growth objectives.

A day in the Life:

• Lead the creative vision and strategy for all marketing initiatives to ensure flawless execution and alignment with our brand identity and support revenue growth initiatives with long instrument sales cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine requirements and develop innovative creative concepts that compete at the highest level while also building and maintaining a strong foundation to deliver fast turnaround production work.
• Coordinate the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are timely and meet our quality standards and business expectations.
• Lead, mentor and encourage a team of designers (creative and production), writers (marketing and technical), video producers/editors and other creative professionals to foster an inclusive and highly productive work environment.
• Collaborate with marketing operations and deployment teams (digital marketing, web, events, etc) to ensure creative outcomes align with processes and deployment channels.
• Work cross-functionally to successfully implement marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between creative strategies and business objectives; act as a trusted advisor, proactively communicating creative recommendations, managing expectations, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends (including Artificial Intelligence) and standard methodologies to consistently improve our creative output, both in quality and speed in production.
  
  

Keys to Success:

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  
  

Experience

• 7 years in a creative leadership role within a fast-paced marketing organization.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and campaigns.
• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and encourage a diverse creative team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain creative ideas to non-creative collaborators and communicate at different levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated expertise with delivering creative outcomes in digital marketing, web, webinars, in person tradeshows, and other marketing outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver flawless results under strict deadlines.
• Ability to leverage existing and new creative technologies to improve productivity and creative quality outcomes.
