Job Title: 2nd Shift Manufacturing Technician
Location: Millersburg, PA Single-Use manufacturing locations
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and setup of equipment to support mill operations.
Key Responsibilities
- FOLLOW ALL SAFETY AND cGMP REQUIREMENTS
- Perform on-call and after-hours maintenance activities as needed
- Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines and facility equipment
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and risk to final product and report to accurate supervision
- Participate in PPI, Lean, and Continuous Improvement, and 5S activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, or lab setting or related field
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
