Overview Thermo King of Houston is Now Hiring a Trailer Repair Supervisor at 772 McCarty Street, Houston, TX 77029. Summary : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Trailer Shop Supervisor to lead our team of technicians in delivering top-notch repair and maintenance services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, estimating repair jobs, ordering, and securing parts, scheduling services, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities I nclude the following.

- Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of employees who overhaul and repair truck bodies, trailers, and lift gates.
- Inspects, tests, and recommends adjustment for compliance to specifications.
- Helps d iagnose difficult problems, recommends repairs, and determines if service will be completed by employees or vendors, as needed.
- Gathers equipment information and documentation.
- Prepares estimates to repair damage to customer equipment.
- Purchases materials and equipment, as needed.
- Opens work orders and source parts to complete the repairs, as needed.
- Maintains communication with service management on progress of jobs.
- Keeps customers informed on progress of service j
- Maintains a strong, personal commitment to the safety culture.
