Requirements
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in electronics or equivalent industry experience;
- The behavioral traits, attitudes and skills required to be successful in this position include, assertiveness, sociability, will do, can do, time management and adaptability;
- Good Driving records and reliable transportation
- Must be available to work in the East Tennessee Area
Major Job Objective:
- Troubleshoot, test, repair and service business equipment/software solutions;
- Provide field support to clients within the assigned geographic territory while meeting company efficiency and productivity expectations;
- Develop positive business relationships with customers;
- Provide accurate data entry via mobile tools and applications
