What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Worker position at Thermodynamic Design And Manufacturing?
Heat Exchanger Assembly
Position will require but will not limit individual to:
- Inspect assembled vessels or individual components, such as tubes, fittings, valves to locate any defects
- Experience- build bundles, roll tubes, hydro test units
- Repair or replace parts using metalworking machinery and/or hand and power tools
- Install tubes, valves, gauges or connections using hand tools
- Experience lifting parts using overhead cranes
- Set-up and run machinery, adhering to safety protocol.
- Work from and read process sheets, blue prints, and verbal as well as written instructions
- Assist in other department operations as required to accommodate production requirements
Candidate Hiring Requirement:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
- Must provide proof of at least 2 years of relevant experience
· MUST be mechanically inclined
· MUST have overhead crane operator experience
· MUST be able to work overtime
