Patient Recruitment Marketing Lead - Data Omnichannel

Job Summary:
The Patient Recruitment Marketing Data Lead will be responsible for using data, digital, and AI to identify patients for clinical trials. This role requires a solid understanding of healthcare data/infrastructure and experience translating this information into patient referrals and successful randomizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify data sources across research and healthcare that could lead to the identification and referral of patients.
- Develop a global data omnichannel and successfully apply omnichannel solutions, understanding the variability across indications, countries, and patient profiles.
- Measure the success of data application to successful randomizations within study applications.
- Be the data omnichannel SME both pre-award and post-award.
Requirements:
- Previous healthcare, CRO, or pharmaceutical experience with knowledge, skills, and abilities comparable to 8 years' experience.
- Deep understanding of the patient recruitment market with Subject Matter Expert level knowledge base.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical approach, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment.
