You will be responsible for accelerating growth and increasing lifetime value of our relationships with new and emerging biotechs, meeting or exceeding Goal Tree metrics for success. Additionally, you will actively engage new customers by bringing to bear existing relationships to develop influential connections and identify new partnership opportunities.
You will also act as the primary point of contact to streamline the customer experience, engaging divisional colleagues as necessary. Translate deep customer insights into meaningful partnership opportunities that deliver value to both our customers and Thermo Fisher.
