ThermoWorks, a leading provider of thermometer solutions for the food industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to acquire and manage key accounts in the food processing and food service sectors.
This role requires a strong understanding of temperature measurement and a proven track record of closing sales with existing and new clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with commercial food professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in B2B direct sales environments and a proven ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales targets. They will also be passionate about ThermoWorks' products and the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closing sales with existing and new accounts
- Collaborating with commercial food professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the largest food-related enterprises in North America
- Meeting and/or exceeding monthly department goals
- Creating and growing customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer experience
- Representing ThermoWorks' mission and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues
- Working in a cooperative manner with all members of the team and other departments
