Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the largest food-related enterprises in North America.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly department goals.
- Provide exceptional customer experience and represent ThermoWorks' mission and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with commercial food professionals to understand their needs and sell the best solution for their applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- 3 years of experience in a B2B direct selling environment.
- Proven track record of finding, closing, and growing large key direct accounts.
- Experience in one of the following industries: food service, food distribution, instrumentation, or sensors.
