Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to manage and expand BPS services based in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage customer relationships at the Director, VP, and CXO levels.
- Accountable for targets of revenue growth, order booking, operating margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with different service practices/horizontals within the organization to drive solutions contextual to the customer.
- Conduct sales management through rigorous review of pipeline and performance against plan on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Oversee delivery management through scheduled engagement reviews between customers and delivery leaders.
- Create pipeline through proactive thought papers and points of view aligning with industry trends.
- Drive demand generation strategy and execution.
- Conduct workshops with clients to create demand, understand their requirements, and propose suitable offerings.
- Interact with PMO teams to maintain smooth flow of contracts, and ensure timely invoices and payments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in a client-facing role or account leadership role related to BPO and related services.
- Experience in Global Service Delivery Model.
- Strong insurance domain experience or credentials.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
- Bachelors Degree
