Data and Analytics Consulting Partner
Role Overview: The Data and Analytics Consulting Partner will play a key role in driving solution architecture design, evaluation, and selection, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case. Partner with key roles (Business and Technology) to shape the Enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, provide hands-on guidance to convert the strategy to architecture/solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet the financial targets (costs and benefits) and actionable plan. Furthermore, shape large Data and Analytics opportunities.
- Responsibilities: Engage directly with clients, providing strong consulting experience.
- Expertise in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP) with 2-3 years of cloud project experience.
- Implement solutions, focusing on platform engineering and developer experience.
- Build large-scale enterprise data architectures using commercial/open-source technologies.
- Lead transformation efforts, building strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
- Shape large multi-million value deals and develop solution approaches for new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 20 years of experience with at least 10 years in consulting/advisory/practice/pre-sales in the Data and Analytics area inclusive of Strategy and Roadmap. Prior experience in a CDO/CDAO role is a plus.
- Demonstrated thought leadership, drive business outcome-led approach, and ability to partner well with customers' CXOs and their teams.
- Prior experience in Banking, Financial, and Insurance sectors combined with strong articulation skills, strategic thinking exposure, leadership traits, strong business acumen, customer focus, and social skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience working with senior/executive stakeholders from IT and Business.
