What are the responsibilities and job description for the IAM Principal Engineer position at Theron Solutions?
Must have:
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in software development and architecture.
• 5 years of IAM
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms - CyberArk and CIAM
• IAM workforce and CIAM technology trends and standard processes
• Experience as the lead architect in designing, developing, and deploying IAM platforms that drive business-critical applications with a large user base.
• Multiple Identity Provider experience
• Must have experience working in a highly regulated environment
• Must have great communication skills
• This role is an ambassador to the organization and will need to be hands-on and technical, but also convey to leadership the purpose of what they are doing
Nice to have:
Machine identity
Cloud experience like ZScaler and Azure
Understanding Risk Management
ISACA certifications (there are 4-5 in this space); CISSP
