One of The Sage Group’s top clients is seeking a Legal Project Manager, with 2-4 years relevant experience supporting large company legal obligations. Client is a market leading technology company that specializes in consumer electronics, software, and online services.

The Legal Project Manager (LPM) will work closely with group attorneys and be responsible for managing a variety of tasks that are critical to achieving a wide range of client business initiatives and supporting the company’s compliance obligations and programs.

Focused on the following areas :

• Compliance with settlement agreements and consent degrees that place ongoing obligations and reporting on client. PM will act as a liaison between group attorneys and client business and legal groups, and establish and maintain information systems and processes to aid in the response and organization of ongoing compliance obligations in this area. This will include tracking obligations and status and ensuring agreements and deadlines are met.
• Compliance with emerging laws, manage numerous questionnaires and risk assessments.
• Assist with Political Law projects as needed.
• Other short or long-term projects as needed across the team.

Cupertino, CA, hybrid onsite 3 days a week. Tue-Thur

Duration :

12 months, plus potential extension.

Compensation :

45-56 / hr DOE. 4 days a week only, 32 hours, Monday-Thursday.
