B2B Performance Marketing Manager
One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a B2B Performance Marketing Manager, strong with ROI across multiple channels and testing / analytics to be data driven. The client has built a B2B conversational relationship platform. It shows you who is using your product or website and makes it easy to personally communicate with them with targeted content, behavior-driven messages, and conversational support.
Main Responsibilities :
- Data-Driven Strategy Development : Proven ability to design and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Display) to drive measurable ROI and optimize performance through A / B testing, segmentation, and analytics tools.
- ROI Optimization and Budget Management : Skilled in managing large-scale budgets, optimizing ad spend, and achieving target KPIs while ensuring efficient resource allocation across diverse campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Reporting : Strong communication skills, working effectively with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on goals, and consistently providing actionable insights to senior leadership on campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Projects : Targeted campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta; value-based bidding on Google, performance-based digital marketing, prospecting campaigns.
