Senior Program Manager, Retail Marketing
The Sage Group’s client, one of the largest tech companies in the world, is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Retail Marketing, a key role driving traffic and sales through retail partners. In this role, you will partner with internal client teams to lead the planning, creative development process, and performance management for channel initiatives across top retailers, managing communications, costs, and project timelines through the process. Working closely with our client’s Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Channel Sales, and Partners, this person will manage and execute retail campaigns focused on driving demand with our retail partners in the US. This person will need to be skilled in online retail best practices, collaboration, and the ability to project manage initiatives from inception to final execution and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee external agencies in creating online campaigns and assets for product launches and key seasonal moments.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create and launch online media campaigns and deliverables, managing all timelines and approvals such as landing pages, product marketing videos, banners, emails, brand shop pages.
- Manage internal and external approvals across team for all campaign creatives and assets.
- Collaborate with global brand, product, and go-to-market teams to create a consistent brand aesthetic in all retailers.
- Track campaign performance, analyzing results to optimize future efforts. Use data / results to understand campaign performance and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and present performance reports for retail campaigns to show ROI for each initiative (based on approved KPIs), highlighting learnings and future opportunities.
- Regularly meet with external retail partner teams to collaborate, provide support and set priorities.
- Provide ongoing support on campaign management and communication to retail partners.
- Juggle multiple retailer guidelines, timelines, and relationships to bring projects from concept to execution.
- Manage campaign historical data, campaign’s performance tracker and creative library.
