What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Leader / Field Manager position at Thesing Power Sweep?
Now hiring full-time position for a self motivated, experienced FIELD CREW LEADER. Must have a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers and site superintendents as well as the ability to manage a crew safely. MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS operating experience with equipment such as: skid steer, mini excavator, dingo, and truck/trailer a must. Drivers license required with clean MVR. Crew Leader must be capable of moving equipment/crew to and from job sites and yard daily. Responsibilities include: leadership, production, customer service, and equipment operation for our soil erosion, power washing and various other services we provide.
Strong communication, leadership and motivation will provide promotion opportunities. OT available.
WORK SCHEDULE: This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday for 8-10 hours/day.
