About The Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Product Manager to join our team and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in managing performance marketing efforts, overseeing creative strategy, optimizing digital products, and executing key strategic projects. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital product management.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Manage day-to-day performance and communication with growth agencies.
• Conduct reporting and deliver weekly presentations on performance metrics.
• Review, provide feedback, and approve all creative assets from TAO, DTCo, and internal teams.
• Brief internal static designs for Thesis/Stasis.
• Oversee project briefs, design briefs, and quality assurance (QA) for Replo and landing pages.
• Execute, update, or QA all on-site campaigns (promotional banners, etc.).
• Develop and manage the CRO roadmap.
• Lead CRO briefing, design & copy briefing, QA, and launch processes.
• Manage CRO analytics and reporting.
• Launch and monitor A/B tests using testing software.
• Track and report key metrics for special projects.
• Develop and oversee the creation of PATs and GTM (Go-To-Market) plans.

• 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing creative production and collaborating with external agencies.
• Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, and website optimization.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
  

Pay Transparency:

We can't quantify everything we think you'll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you'll work on, to the smart and humble team you'll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $85,000-135,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
