THE JOB
As a Strategist with a focus on social strategy, you will lead dynamic campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive brand results. You’ll combine creativity with analytics to craft strategic solutions that engage consumers and elevate brands. From defining social brand positioning to optimizing performance, you’ll leverage your expertise to build authentic and meaningful connections across social platforms.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Develop and present social strategies for campaigns, including content, community management, and digital experiences.
Define social brand positioning, campaign frameworks, and strategies that align with broader brand goals.
Create compelling briefs and presentations that inspire teams and clients alike.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement strategies that optimize performance, scale successes, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Lead the development of audience-first, insights-driven strategies and ensure their seamless execution across social channels.
Support teammates, fostering their growth while guiding strategic and creative decision-making.
AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:
5 years of experience in social strategy, digital marketing, and creative planning, with increasing responsibility in an agency setting.
A proven track record of developing and executing social-first campaigns that deliver business results.
Extensive experience crafting actionable social strategies and brand plans.
Strong ability to distill audience behavior, data, and trends into innovative strategies.
Experience managing post promotion and a working knowledge of paid media is a definite plus.
A college degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Certain activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.

Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.
Thesis operates using a flexible hybrid model, with work occurring remotely two days/week and in the office three days/week.
