THE JOB
As a Strategy Director with a focus on UX, you will lead the charge in creating exceptional digital experiences that resonate with users and drive engagement. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately three to five months, where you will shape and execute user experience strategies, ensuring our products meet and exceed user expectations while aligning with business goals. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions that set industry standards.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Lead teams from concept to completion, delivering user-centric solutions of the highest quality.
Facilitate client-facing workshops to define and guide UX strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Direct user research and apply insights to develop user personas, journey maps, and content strategies.
Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Collaborate with Creative, Technology, and Data teams to deliver cohesive and impactful user experiences.
Present UX strategies and design solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Act as a hands-on leader, solving complex UX challenges, mentoring your team, and setting the industry standard for excellence.
AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:
10 years of experience in UX strategy or a related field, preferably within an agency environment supporting enterprise-level partners.
3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching and growing a team.
Expertise in journey mapping, content architecture, and content strategy.
Strong ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Experience managing complex projects across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and high-quality execution.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Certain activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.

Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.
Thesis operates using a flexible hybrid model, work occurs remotely two days/week and in the office three days/week.
