THE JOB
Thesis Agency is looking for a seasoned Strategy Director to shape the strategic foundation of transformative campaigns and experiences. In this role, you’ll extract insights, define positioning, and craft actionable strategies that align creative vision with business goals. You’ll partner closely with creative teams, technology, and innovation leads to develop flexible frameworks that guide execution across all marketing channels—including advertising, social media, experiential, CRM programs, and content strategies. Your work will inspire impactful campaigns for top consumer brands, ensuring strategy aligns seamlessly with execution.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Define Strategic Foundations: Lead the research, positioning, and audience insight processes to craft strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with creative, technology, and innovation teams to translate strategy into compelling storytelling and seamless execution.
Develop Flexible Frameworks: Build strategic guidelines that inspire creativity without restricting execution, ensuring work aligns across all channels.
Inspire Client Confidence: Present and advocate for strategies that resonate with clients, ensuring their brand’s goals are met through innovative approaches.
Provide Strategic Oversight: Ensure strategy seamlessly translates across advertising, social, experiential, CRM, and content marketing.
Lead and Develop a Team: Oversee a team of Strategists, providing mentorship, strategic guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Foster Client Partnerships: Build trust with clients by delivering thoughtful, well-researched strategies and confidently advocating for innovative approaches.
Drive Omnichannel Strategy: Develop strategies for large-scale campaigns spanning multiple touchpoints, including digital, retail, and product marketing.
AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:
10 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
5 years in a strategic leadership role with experience working on large consumer brands.
Expertise in omnichannel campaigns and brand strategy.
A proven track record of leading impactful campaigns and securing new business.
Strong presentation and client relationship skills.
Innovative, adaptable, and driven to exceed expectations.
A collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Using standard office equipment, computers, and related technology.
Certain activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.
Bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds.
Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.
Thesis operates using a flexible hybrid model, work occurs remotely two days/week and in the office three days/week.
