Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is looking for an experienced Deal Execution Project Manager to join a top tier Private Equity Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing the deal close process, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Treasury, Portfolio Risk & Analysis, and Investor Relations. This role requires a strong project management background with a legal and documentation focus, ensuring seamless execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Shadow the deal team and orchestrate deal closing activities across multiple departments.
· Oversee contract review, documentation, and portfolio management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline M&A transactions and investment processes.
· Maintain oversight of regulatory requirements and risk management procedures.
· Serve as a strategic liaison between deal teams and operational functions.
Qualifications:
· 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A deal execution.
