The ideal candidate will bring 12-15 years of expertise in BSA compliance, with a proven history as a BSA Officer or Deputy BSA Officer. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to detect and prevent money laundering, primarily by examining data and implementing effective rules and procedures.
Qualification & Responsibilities:
· 2-15 years in BSA compliance, including prior experience as a BSA Officer or Deputy BSA Officer. line with Jefferies matrix
· Coordinate and maintain compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
· Implement and monitor anti-money laundering (AML) policies and procedures.
· Conduct regular data analysis to identify and address compliance risks.
· Ensure adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements.
