Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is looking for a Junior Project Manager for a top tier US Bank.
Qualification & Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA, to drive project success.
· Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
· Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
· Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and status.
· Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
· 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the Banking/Finance sector.
· Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering technology-focused projects.
· Ability to work onsite in Chicago, 3 days a week (locals only).
