Job Overview
The Housemother serves as a vital member of the Alpha Iota chapter of the Theta Xi Fraternity, providing guidance, support, and a welcoming presence for the members. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and approachable individual who fosters a positive living and learning environment, contributes to the development of chapter members, and ensures the values of the chapter. While a full-time commitment is preferred, candidates with part-time employment will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Be supportive of our men and the chapter fostering growth, unity, and success.
• Attend and preside over formal chapter dinners on Wednesdays.
• Be present for informal conversations and everyday support for chapter members.
• Be present for daily dinners and fraternity events such as philanthropy, community service, and intramurals.

Requirements

• Full time residence at the Alpha Iota chapter house located at 1803 Laramie St, Manhattan, KS.
• A supportive, compassionate, and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per year
