A leading kids and baby apparel brand is in search of a full-time Technical Design Manager to oversee all products for kids' sleep and kids' plush accessories. This role will involve overseeing product development without managing any people, focusing instead on hands-on product work.

Requirements :
- Need kids' and accessories experience (nonstarter)
- Understands and can speak to testing (will work closely with product integrity role)
- Managing process - will be an independent contributor
- Experience working for a large company preferred (e.g., Gap, Children's Place, Disney, Pottery Barn)
- Pattern making experience is a huge plus - Opti Software
- Vendor communication & management of the fit development process with new & existing partners
- Translating design sketches into a finished product, owning fit and construction specifications, execution & grading
This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles.
