As the Creative Operations Associate, you will support Dermstore’s creative production operations and assist in managing creative workflows that bring marketing campaigns and always-on content to life across paid, earned and owned channels.
Reporting to the Manager, Creative Operations, you will play a key role in tracking project timelines, organizing assets, coordinating production logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across creative initiatives.
You’ll help implement and maintain internal processes and project management best practices to support effective collaboration between creative and cross-functional teams. The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a Creative Operations Associate, You'll
- Creative Workflow – Support the intake, tracking, and routing of creative requests (graphics, copy, photo, video, print, and digital assets) across multiple workstreams, from briefing through delivery.
- Timeline & Task Management – Maintain production timelines and calendars, support daily project tracking, and communicate task progress or updates with stakeholders.
- Resource Coordination – Assist with the coordination of internal creative resources and external partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables and proper workload distribution.
- Processes & Systems – Help maintain project management systems and workflow tools, ensure timely data entry, and support adoption of creative operations best practices across teams.
- Photo-Video Shoot Production – Provide logistical support for photo and video productions, including schedule coordination, pre-production preparation, post-production workflow, and on-set assistance during shoots.
- Budgets – Support budget tracking by managing estimates, vendor invoices, and expense logs in partnership with the Senior Manager, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Asset Management & Distribution – Assist in organizing and maintaining the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring timely distribution of creative assets and post-project archival.
- 1–3 years of experience in creative operations, marketing production, or project coordination within an agency, in-house creative team, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Airtable and Monday.com is preferred, but not required
- Experience supporting creative teams and working with digital and print marketing assets
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects
- Knowledge of beauty, skincare, or ecommerce marketing is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional partners
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
- Salary: $67,500 - $72,500
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office; 2 day WFH
