- Be the friendly face that greets guests and ensures they’re welcomed warmly.
- Manage office resources, supplies, and spaces to keep everything on point.
- Provide top-notch administrative support to our CEO and Executive Team.
- Organize schedules, meetings, travel plans, and expense reports with precision.
- Streamline office operations and implement tools that boost efficiency.
- Oversee office maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Plan and coordinate events like the National Sales Meeting and High Point Market.
- Partner with HR to onboard new hires and keep office vibes thriving!

- Stellar organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (you’re a spreadsheet wizard!).
- Proven experience in office management or executive support (3–5 years).
📚 Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of HR and financial principles is a plus!
📍 Location: Union, New Jersey. This is an in-office role, Monday through Friday.
