Assists management in agency operational activities. Responsible for managing incoming phone calls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous Experience:
1. One year of health related experience preferably in home care setting preferred.
2. One year of clerical experience required.
Other Special Training/Skills:
- Demonstrated production-level keying ability to detail and accuracy, and organizational skills are required.
- Good general clerical skills and professional image and manner.
