What are the responsibilities and job description for the Endoscopy Technician position at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center?
Assists the Endo Team in the preparation and implementation of the endoscopic procedures.
Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Graduate of Surgical Technologist Program preferred.
Previous Experience:
- Previous experience desirable, but not essential.
Other Special Training/Skills:
- Previous training desired.
- Worker receives on-the-job training under close supervision and requires a minimum of training to become proficient.
Licensure, Certification, Registration, etc.:
- CST certification strongly encouraged.
