## Job Summary
We are seeking a seasonal secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office. Computer experience is a must.
## Duties
- Perform receptionist duties such as answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing general information
- Create and mail out all residential invoices and receive/process payments
- Schedule appointments for technicians and maintain open communication
- Front desk customer service personal, including over the counter sales
- Must be willing to be on the phone a lot of the day and still complete work
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet management
## Experience
- Proven experience as a secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office software
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
This position is seasonal, meaning this position will be laid off from January through March every year. It is an irrigation business so we do not operate in the Winter months. There are no benefits for this position, but that could change in the future. Hours for this position are 8:00am to 4:30pm.
