The Property Manager is responsible for the overall success of our apartment community. Key responsibilities include:
- Leasing and renting units
- Managing day-to-day operations, including rent collections, resident relations, and caretaking of the building and unit turnovers
- Enforcing lease and other government rules and regulations
- Communicating effectively with residents and outside agencies
Requirements:
