Job Description
An individual in the Client Service Associate role will be primarily responsible for supporting our team of Financial Advisors through the execution of administrative tasks and management of client communication.
This position involves working with Advisors to handle incoming client requests, process documents necessary for the management of investment accounts, coordinating client service needs with team members, and proactively reaching out to clients to forge relationships.
A qualified applicant must have exceptional interpersonal skills alongside strong verbal and written communication abilities. They must be organized, deadline driven, and technologically adept to efficiently navigate the administrative requirements of the role. Finally, this individual must be reliable, goal-oriented, and able to work well in a self-directed and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle all requests from clients pertaining to account administration
- Conduct outreach to establish and maintain good rapport with clients
- Prepare all account paperwork and check pending account maintenance items
- Maintain current client information in all existing databases (CRM)
- Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, and file & calendar maintenance
- Continue to develop technical knowledge and expertise
- Continually evaluate day to day activities for process improvement opportunities
- Document client interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Financial Advisors
