Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Supervisor to oversee construction projects and manage on-site operations. The Crew Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities among crew members, maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations, and utilizing various tools and software for project scheduling and documentation. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Manage crew members effectively, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate project scheduling, ensuring timely completion of tasks while managing resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas using tools such as an Ohmmeter to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with other construction management professionals to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in the construction industry.
- Lead by example, work with employees
