Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. You will play a key role in meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Ensure that all food is presented attractively and is replenished as needed throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Provide excellent guest relations by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with any requests or inquiries.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for tracking guest orders and managing inventory effectively.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and work to resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on meal preparation and presentation.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries or reservations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and helping others.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
