- Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation
- Conduct quality control inspections of guest rooms and report any deficiencies to management to maintain compliance with hotel standards
- Manage and train housekeeping staff, creating a cohesive and efficient team
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of materials
- Implement and uphold safety procedures and hygiene standards
- Address and resolve any guest complaints professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations (if applicable)
- Adhere to key control protocols to ensure the security of guest rooms and hotel property
- Proven experience in a leadership role within housekeeping or hospitality
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and using ladders

- Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
