Things Remembered is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a sophisticated aesthetic and extensive experience in both digital and print design to join our creative team. This individual will be instrumental in elevating our brand through compelling, high-quality visual assets that resonate with our brand transformation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative problem solver who has a sharp eye for detail, an innovative approach to design, and a thorough understanding of how to maintain brand integrity across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and Design : Develop and execute visually stunning and brand-aligned designs across digital and print platforms, including email campaigns, website assets, social media, catalogs / postcards, paid media ads, iconography and other visual assets.
  • Brand Identity and Assets : Create, enhance, and maintain a cohesive brand asset library and style guide(s) that reflect the companys luxury positioning, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints. Make compelling lifestyle imagery selections appropriate for each campaign.
  • High-End Marketing Collateral : Design exclusive, sophisticated promotional materials and visuals that align with the high-end nature of our brand and captivate our discerning audience.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with marketing, merchandising, UX / UI, and partner teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure visual assets are aligned with brand and campaign goals. Collaborate effectively within a team environment and across departments to bring projects from concept to completion.
  • Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality design work on time and on brand. Maintain excellent file management and organizational skills to ensure assets are well-documented and easily accessible.
  • Stay Updated with Design Trends : Stay current with industry design trends and competitor work, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that push the boundaries of our visual identity while respecting the luxury nature of our brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on luxury, high-end brands
  • Expert in Design Software : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; basic understanding of HTML and CSS; experience in motion graphics and video editing a plus
  • Strong Portfolio : Demonstrated success in both digital and print design for high-end, consumer-focused brands
  • Excellent Typography and Layout Skills : Ability to work with typography and layouts that enhance visual storytelling
  • Attention to Detail and Quality Control : High-level attention to detail, ensuring final designs meet quality standards and brand guidelines
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to articulate design concepts and processes to various stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
