We believe Love and Technology can make education better.Your RoleTo design and implement a regional marketing campaign that increases student enrollments for a specific educational product or service in the San Ramon region (Tri-Valley).ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research on regional education policies, school curricula, exam systems, and local learning trends.Design and execute targeted enrollment campaigns tailored to specific regions.Organize and manage region-specific events, workshops, and informational sessions.Drive lead generation activities through online and offline channels.Customize and promote educational products and services based on regional requirements.Increase brand presence in the region through strategic marketing channels.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of regional growth initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.Proven experience in regional marketing or education marketing.Strong ability to conduct detailed market analysis.Experience designing and implementing enrollment or product-specific marketing campaigns.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.Pay & BenefitsProfessional Growth opportunities.401k and Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance.Pay : $55-65KThink Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
