This position involves direct engagement with our core audience-parents-to understand their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staying on top of trending topics and conducting thorough research to produce professional, key information that resonates with our audience.

- Community EngagementRegularly communicate with parents through social media platforms to identify their needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Trend AnalysisStay updated on the latest trends in early childhood education and social media to ensure our content is current and engaging.
- Research and DevelopmentConduct detailed research to gather key professional information that supports our content creation strategy.
- Content CreationDevelop and implement a content calendar for RED and WeChat platforms, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality posts that align with our brand voice and audience interests.
- Performance AnalysisMonitor the performance of social media content and use insights to refine and adjust strategies for increased engagement and reach.
- Monday - Friday
- 10:00am - 7:00pm
- (12:00pm-1:00pm break)
- Communication SkillsExceptional communication abilities with a proven track record of effectively engaging with diverse audiences. The ability to listen, understand, and respond to audience needs is paramount. Quick turnaround times during working hours is highly appreciated.
- PersonalityOutgoing and proactive, with a natural flair for initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations.
- Research SkillsStrong research capabilities with a knack for identifying relevant, factual, and engaging information.
- Team PlayerA collaborative spirit with a passion for helping others, enhancing team efforts.
- ExperiencePrior experience in content marketing, especially managing RED and WeChat accounts, is highly preferred. Familiarity with the education industry and student needs is a plus.
- Bilingual in Mandarin is required
