Think Academy is a leading provider of math education, helping students excel prestigious math competitions including Math Kangaroo, AMC8, and AMC10. We are dedicated to making high-quality math learning accessible and engaging for students worldwide. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a Facebook Marketing Specialist to strengthen our Facebook engagement and lead conversion efforts, ensuring that interested parents and students receive timely and helpful responses to their inquiries.
Your Role:
As a Facebook Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the management and growth of Think Academy's Facebook engagement while handling inbound inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring a steady flow of quality leads and improving conversion rates from social media. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
- Facebook Lead Engagement & Conversion
- monitor and respond to Facebook inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- guide potential customers toward sign-ups and improve conversion rates
- develop and refine response scripts based on common customer questions
- track and optimize response quality, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently
- Facebook Growth & Community Management (KPI-Driven)
- maintain a consistent flow of inbound leads through active page management
- track key engagement metrics (message volume, response rate, conversions) and make data-driven improvements
- post and manage content to support ongoing ad campaigns and audience engagement
- identify opportunities to enhance engagement and improve lead generation
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 10am-7pm
- Minimum 2 days onsite
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, customer engagement, or digital marketing
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive responses
- Experience managing customer inquiries and driving conversions from social media
- Ability to analyze engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Self-motivated, KPI-driven, and able to work independently
- Basic data analysis skills for tracking and improving engagement
- Experience in education or EdTech is preferred
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and audience engagement strategies is preferred
