Job Title: People Partner & Operations Specialist
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Are you a dynamic HR professional who thrives on variety, collaboration, and creating an amazing employee experience? We’re looking for a passionate and motivated People Partner & HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Denver. In this exciting role, you’ll wear multiple hats and work at the intersection of people strategy and operational excellence.
As the right hand to the General Manager for the US, you’ll be a trusted partner and advisor, helping drive HR initiatives and business goals forward. You'll also be a key member of the global HR team, reporting to the Global Head of People and contributing to international people strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- People Partnering: Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to provide guidance on people matters, drive engagement, and support professional growth.
- Payroll Management: Assist with the accurate and timely payroll processing for our US workforce.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring a seamless experience and evaluating ways to enhance offerings.
- Policy Development: Maintain, refine, and communicate HR policies to align with company values and compliance requirements.
- Onboarding: Create a memorable and effective onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success from day one.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute local company events that build culture and connections.
- HR Budget Management: Manage the US HR budget to maximize resources and deliver impactful programs.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 4 years of HR experience in a generalist, operations, or people partner role.
- Good understanding of the US labor law, payroll processes, HRIS systems, and benefits administration.
- Experience crafting and rolling out HR policies and compliance initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you're approachable, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- A knack for event planning, balancing the details while creating fun and meaningful experiences.
- Budget management experience is a plus but not required.
