You will play a key role in supporting our design processes, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering client relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement & Purchasing: Manage procurement and purchasing processes, track deliveries, and price items.
- Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients and design teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Communications: Pitch projects to local and national press, run project photo shoots, and maintain the company's website and blog.
- Fostering Creativity: Create a positive and efficient work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Excellent organizational skills and responsiveness.
- Strong research and training abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in interior design or a related field.
- Proficient writing skills and knowledge of in-house marketing strategies.
- Understanding of the interior design process and phases of production.
- Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets and social media platforms.

- Strong phone and in-person presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with project management systems, particularly Basecamp & Ivy, is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle; local to White Plains, NY.
