Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join a growing Fintech client in NY, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a growing client base, with a primary focus on asset managers. The CRM will play a critical role in onboarding clients, driving platform engagement, and securing renewals and upsells.
Hybrid : On-Site in NY, NY 3 days per week
Primary Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clientele.
- Collaborate with various client teams (such as RFP, Sales / Distribution, and Marketing) to grasp their requirements and practical applications.
- Methodically onboard and integrate clients onto the platform, ensuring ongoing engagement.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and updates for client teams, coordinating internally as needed.
- Drive client responsiveness and utilization of the platform.
- Handle client inquiries and support internal sales and CRM teams.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with the technology team to innovate new services and tools.
- Lead strategic initiatives, identify fresh opportunities, and foster internal collaboration.
