Contact Center Engineer (NICE CX1)
Duration : 6-12 months
Overview : Our client is seeking a Contact Center Engineer with expertise in NICE CX1 to facilitate the migration of Avaya Contact Centers and the setup of new contact centers over the next year. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a background in healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and build new NICE CX1 contact centers, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for current and newly established NICE CX1 contact centers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Utilize ServiceNow for efficient ticketing and workflow management.
- Maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interactions with stakeholders.
- Comfortably participate in all internal and external meetings via video conferencing.
