HRIS Manager – Payroll System Migration
Contract : 6 months
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee the quality assurance process for the migration of a payroll system to ADP. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll processing, system migrations, test automation, and data validation. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth transition by designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying potential risks, and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the QA strategy for the payroll system migration, ensuring a seamless transition to ADP.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality, payroll calculations, integrations, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end testing, including data migration validation, UAT, regression testing, and system integration testing.
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, IT, and ADP teams to understand system requirements and potential challenges.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, TestRail, or other test management tools.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax calculations, deductions, and benefits processing.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolutions.
- Implement test automation where applicable to improve efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Monitor performance, security, and reliability of the payroll system post-migration.
- Provide training and guidance to junior testers and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
