Think Consulting is actively seeking an Interim General Manager to join a leading biotech company based in Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and driving performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a site assessment/audit to evaluate the current state of operations.
- Implement a strategy, objectives, and action plan to enhance efficiency.
- Measure and monitor progress, establishing both short-term and long-term goals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize site performance.
- Resolve any operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site management and leadership within the pharma/biotech sector.
- Background in international business expansion and market positioning.
- Technical expertise (PhD in lab/pharma preferred)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
