We are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect who combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to craft compelling digital services solutions in response to RFPs and proposals for government contracts. This role focuses on early-stage ideation, including proposal writing, oral presentations, and technical evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Proposal Development & Evaluation:
- Analyze and document risks in RFPs, incorporating mitigation strategies.
- Develop and deliver solutions through proposals, technical presentations, and oral responses.

Solution Design:
- Architect end-to-end, scalable, and secure digital solutions aligned with best practices.
- Evaluate and select optimal technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations (e.g., security, accessibility, data privacy).

Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work with multidisciplinary teams (Growth, Design, Research, Engineering) to align on solicitation strategies.
- Mentor and guide teams in systems thinking and solution architecture.
- Facilitate workshops and team discussions to develop creative solutions.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and government policies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital modernization efforts.

Support Activities:
- Assist product teams in design/code challenges and technical presentations.
- Contribute to transition management during contract startups.

Experience:
- 8 years in relevant fields, preferably in digital services for federal contracts.
- 4 years creating proposals, architecture diagrams, and delivering technical presentations.
- Familiarity with federal and state RFP/RFI processes.

Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, microservices, APIs, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and security best practices.

Communication and Leadership:
- Excellent ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience mentoring teams and facilitating collaborative solutions.

- Remote work experience (2 years).
- Location: Full-time role, U.S. residents only, with legal work authorization.
